No Tracking Update? Read This

If you notice that your tracking information is not updating, there could be several reasons. Common causes include delays due to adverse weather conditions, technical glitches, or a backlog at sorting facilities. Sometimes, the package may not yet be scanned into the tracking system, particularly if it’s early in transit.

  • Multiple numbers must be entered at once – If you are checking multiple parcels, use a comma ( , ) between them, e.g.: 111111,2222222,3333333
  • Wrong option selected – Make sure you have entered the number in the correct section.
  • Data may not have been updated in the system yet – Check again after some time.
